Small-port, high-velocity torque monster cylinder heads from AFR!
For the ultimate small block Ford street car, you've got to use AFR's 165cc emissions-legal Outlaw street aluminum cylinder heads. Unlike some aftermarket heads, AFR's Ford cylinder heads (CARB E.O. # D250-3) fit all of your stock components; no special parts are required! With lightweight 8mm, 1.900 in. intake valves and 1.600 in. exhaust valves, combustion chamber volumes of 58 and 68cc, and 68cc exhaust ports, AFR's 165cc Outlaw street aluminum cylinder heads are perfect for 289 and 302 engines operating from idle to 6,000 rpm. A 3/4 in. thick head deck makes the heads ideal for nitrous or blower applications. These heads will not accept rail rocker arms, and hardened pushrods are required on models designed for stud mount rocker arms.
