All returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date and be in re-saleable condition including all original undamaged packaging. Returns must also be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number obtained from RDP Store. This number will be issued when you call us at 440 358 5500.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all goods unless the return is due to incorrect supply by RDP Store. At which point we will replace them with the correct the items at no cost to the customer and Must be done with in 30 Days of Original Purchase NO Exeptions
If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid—no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
